Julia Fox is an Italian/American model and actress who gets a lot of attention for her outfits, which are often quite ‘out there’!
Here are a few unforgettable Julia Fox fashion moments:
1 – Denim on Denim on Denim
Julia and Kanye giving some Justin and Britney here! Denim is a staple part of Julia’s wardrobe and I love this throwback to Y2K.
2 – Grocery Shopping in Ya Undies – Why Not?!
Verrrrry few of us could pull this off but Julia has enough ‘zero fucks given’ energy and self confidence to make this work. And of course, denim on top!
3 – Emergency Raincoat as Formalwear
The first time I went to Australia, I thought it would only be hot and sunny. We got caught in a downpour at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and my mother in law bought us all these yellow ’emergency ponchos’ to throw on top of our clothes, basically a glorified rubbish bag.
Julia’s outfit at Cannes totally reminds me of that day!
4 – Leather Swimwear Biker Chic
Bikinis are a regular part of Julia’s wardrobe and this is such a cohesive look with matching bikini, boots and gloves, all in black leather. And instead of looking like a rejected band member of Judas Priest, as usual she looks totally cool.
5 – Poodle Retro Dress
This is a throwback to Marilyn Monroe, with a 50’s inspired poodle on a dress straight out of ‘Gentlemen Prefer Blondes’.
6 – Brown Hair in Plastic
Sometimes in the fashion world, you feel like you’ve seen it all before. Then this brown hair in plastic outfit comes along and atleast it’s something unique!
7 – ‘Can I Borrow a Rubber?’
Remember in primary school when someone would call an eraser a ‘rubber’ and the whole class would give them shit about it?
Anyway, this is the perfect dress when you’re out on the town and you realize that you lent your ’emergency purse condom’ to your bestie last week.
Julia always radiates sex-positivity and confidence so this suits her so well!
8 – Kill Bill Costume
As a Tarantino fan, my natural first reaction to this outfit was of course to compare it to Uma Thurman in the iconic ‘Kill Bill’. The black lipstick adds Julia’s own sense of style to the look too.
9 – Black Swan
It’s no secret I’m a big fan of gothic fashion, especially elegant, dramatic styles like this. I absolutely love this dress and the makeup shows it’s influence from the movie ‘Black Swan’.
10 – The ‘I Raided the P.E Gear’ Look
Remember in high school when you unexpectedly got your period, and the office lady let you go through the Lost Property to find something to wear? (Or maybe it’s just me with these traumatic school memories?!).
This was Julia Fox’s look at a recent fashion show , and honestly it’s just crazy how she can wear absolutely anything and still be so cool and stylish.
