I have heard lots about the amazing benefits of collagen but have never before tried it, so thought I would spend a month trialling collagen powder and seeing for myself what an incredible product it is. There are so many benefits of collagen, it absolutely blows my mind! The Babyface site is full of useful information and recipes, including this face mask one which sounds good. Collagen can improve the growth and condition of your hair and nails, hydrate skin and help fight acne and aging, improve gut health, and improve joint mobility. What I liked about Babyfaces collagen is it is so easy to use, it came with a beautiful rose-gold spoon (their packaging and presentation is luxurious!), and you can add two teaspoons a day to anything. It dissolves easily and is tasteless, odourless and colourless. You could add it to your morning coffee, a mid-day smoothie, lunchtime soup or a cup of chamomile tea before bed – whatever works for your day. Babyface collagen is derived from grass-fed bovine collagen, and is halal-friendly (not suitable for vegans or vegetarians). I was really impressed at the attention to detail that Babyface provides, even the packaging is home-compostable, water-resistant and printed with eco-friendly water-based inks. Amazing!
