Recently, BellaBox sent me their latest seasonal box to try, the Welcome to Wellness box.
These are released quarterly (every three months), and at the time of writing this review, the Winter box is still available.
The Welcome to Wellness box, as with the monthly BellaBox, is available for shipping in NZ and Australia, and costs $59.95.
These are such a treat to receive and are absolutely LOADED with goodies, both full size and sample size.
The box items are:
- Dr Lewinns Eternal Youth Day/Night Serum (full size)
- Eye of Horus Goddess Mascara (black, full size)
- Forty Fathoms Skin Regenerator Eye Cream (full size)
- Wellgrove Liquid Olive Leaf Extract (full size)
- Nude by Nature Airbrush Mineral Primer (sample size)
- Food for Health Raspberry and Coconut Porridge (full size)
- Tailor Skin Polish (sample size 20ml)
- Nerada Herbal Infusions with added probiotics (sample size 20 pack)
- Krumbled Foods Lemon Coconut Beauty Bites (1 pack, 32gm)
- The Wellness Bar and Co Liquid Gold Tumeric Face Mask
- Switch Nutrition Adrenal Switch (sample size, 4 sachets)
- The Beauty Shake Marine Collagen (sample size, 2 sachets)
All beautifully packaged and presented in a box, like a gift to yourself! They are a great mix of brands you already know and love, and some new favourites to discover. A few of them are more Aussie-focused and not readily available here in NZ.
My personal highlight of the box was the Eye of Horus mascara, I have wanted to try this brand for such a long time, and it is an excellent quality! These retail around $40 each. The Dr Lewinns serum valued at $69.95 is also another highlight, this is quite a luxurious skincare product, a lightweight serum that is suitable for both day and night time use.
The Olive Leaf extract has a nice, fruity taste (like plum/prune, I know not everyone enjoys it), and I know it has a lot of health benefits, especially at this time of year. I will be regularly taking this to boost my immunity.
The Krumbled Foods Lemon Coconut Beauty Bite is quite sweet and tasty while also having health and beauty benefits, great for a wee snack on the go!
The Tailor Mini Polish is a great little NZ product, versatile (can be a face mask, scrub or overnight spot treatment) and a perfect size for travel. The texture was a bit grainy for my taste, I usually use smooth products, but I think this would be fantastic for oily/combo skin (mine is sensitive/dry), and I love the idea of it also being a spot treatment too.
I hadn't heard of Forty Fathoms before, but they are an Australian beauty brand providing quality skincare products. The Skin Regenerator eye cream contains Maritech® Bright, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Caffeine and Ubiquinone, not only does it help under eye wrinkles but also assists minimising dark circles and improving elasticity. The hero ingredient in Forty Fathoms products is fucoidan, derived from marine algae, which makes it quite unique.
I was pleasantly surprised how great the Adrenal Support tasted, I received 4 flavours and they were really nice. This is suitable for post-workout, or before bed to assist sleep. The Nerada tea comes in several flavours, I received DIGEST which was very welcome - I had a big night at the all you can eat pizza last night! This contains Ginger, Peppermint, Fennel, Lemongrass, and is caffeine-free, with added probiotics. Such a cool product!
I know some people don't have a need for sanitary products in their boxes, so please consider donating them if not needed, many pharmacies have collection boxes in their stores now to assist with period poverty.
