- Thanks for keeping in touch with us during lockdown. How are you feeling?
I am feeling good . Feeling at peace so far.
2. What is lockdown like for your household?
In our household ,lockdown is all about breakfast in bed, weekend long lunches, long walks, evening card sessions. Basically lots of family time. We have been doing a weekend ritual of randomly picking a country and cooking a meal from that country . And everyone in the family contributes in either cooking something or helping with the table setting and we put up a really nice lunch and sit around the table having fun and enjoying the meal.
3 – What have you been up to?
I’ve been relaxing a lot, cooking a lot , challenging my culinary skills beyond my comfort level. Doing a fair amount of exercise everyday. I enjoy spending a lot of time with my babies.
4. Are you working from home? Why/ why not?
I have been working from home and I think it’s really helped me stay sane and busy during lockdown
5 – What have you been doing for yourself during lockdown to relax and for self-care?
I make it a point to go for really long walks everyday, sleep in whenever I can .
6 – Do you have anything you would like to achieve during lockdown?
I haven’t set any major goals for this lockdown , taking one day at a time and making the most of it by doing things that are fun and make me happy. Just before lockdown, I sourced some beautiful silk fabrics, I hope to have my designs ready for those before lockdown ends
7 – Have you got any recommendations for reading/ watching / listening to?
I am currently reading “Start With Why ” by Simon Senek. I just completed watching “Click Bait” and the new season of Money Heist is what’s next on my list.
