Corona Diaries – Day 15 – Intensive Care

by Gregg Kelly (Scotland)

As the day has progressed there has been a leaking of statements from Downing Street regarding Boris Johnson, and his continual deterioration of health. The latest being that on the advice of the NHS doctors, Johnson ‘as a precaution’ has been moved into intensive care.

Deep within my soul, and for the soul of mankind, I pray that this isn’t self proclaimed ‘weirdo’ Dominic Cummings attempt at spinning positive well wishing and sympathetic attitudes, to reflect away from the current shambolic tenure of Boris Johnson and himself.

No man should wish ill on another, and perhaps this bout of ill health will give Johnson a greater understanding and appreciation of the beauty of the NHS. Johnson might return to Downing Street and lead a one man assault on the tax dodging billionaire conglomerates draining the NHS of necessary funding.

In hindsight it would be a lobotomy rather than a bout of Covid-19 that resulted in that particular political change of heart.

Along with Elvis, it appears that all and any form of logical reasoning, has left the building. This follows police reports of multiple separate attacks on 5G networking phone masts. What happens however, if the tin foil hat wearing freedom fighters, manage to dismantle the network but horrifically maim themselves in the process? How will they contact emergency services to come and rescue them from their own mortal stupidity?

Ah well at least, Air B&B is still offering Covid getaway packages.

It has been revealed that almost every single US Republican led state has refused to issue a law abiding quarantine. Fake news, Trump has assured that everything is under control.

Meanwhile New York prepares to start temporarily burying her dead in a local park. As the morgues are at an absolute capacity.

Italy has hopefully reached the curve, reporting less and less deaths each day. Japan is set to declare national emergency. While British Airways FINALY suspends all flights to the country. Spain has tentatively reached the Covid curve, and can see light at the end of the tunnel.

Diagnosed – 1,331,032

Dead – 72,636
