We LOVE trying out and featuring up and coming NZ brands, so when I was given the chance to test WildPixi’s Hair and Brow Tamer, I was so excited.

I’m a frizzy-haired girl, with freshly dyed black and green hair, and in this warmer weather, I’m seriously at risk of looking like Krusty the Clown.

I don’t like using hair products, and I find most ‘frizz tamers’ don’t do much for me, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product works and how easy it is to use. It comes in a convenient tube, similar to a mascara, and you brush the wand through your hair (or on your eyebrows) to tame loose frizzy, flyaway bits. I hate the feeling of hair products in my hair usually but this was light weight and not greasy, and a quick, gentle comb on top of my hair gave visible results easily without feeling weighed down, and no yucky residue left in my hair.

This is a vegan and cruelty-free product, and contains lots of lovely natural ingredients like Jojoba Oil, Evening Primrose, and Fruit Essences. It has a nice, natural scent – no perfume!
