1 .Thanks for keeping in touch with us during lockdown. How are you feeling?
I’m feeling really grateful to be in Aotearoa. I believe in the science based response to Covid we are under going with lock down.
It is incredible scary as a business owner, how ever I do believe the freedoms we have been experiencing has been amazing and the sacrifice of lock down feels just to save lives and go back to as close to normal as possible when is safe to do so.
2. What is lockdown like for your household?
Lock down is with my friend Ra, he has come to stay every lock down.
I’m really lucky to live above my shop on Karangahape Rd, it's quite a privilege to have the extra space to escape to.
3. What have you been up to?
I’ve got nothing particularly amazing to report, I've really just been doing the usual things - cooking, walking, movies and repeat
4. Are you working from home? Why/ why not?
Yes, but working for your self comes with perks of choosing your timetable.
I was exhausted when we began lock down.
I’ve now caught up on sleep I've had a great time to do some creating
5. What have you been doing for yourself during lockdown to relax and for self-care?
I've sponsored online Yoga Class, so my beloved Fat Yoga could be experienced by anyone who wanted to give it a go, other than that movies in bed, eating yum food and going for walks.
6 - Do you have anything you would like to achieve during lockdown?
YUS! I’ve got to get my next season sorted so I get back on track.
It's been an interesting process felling excited to create and think about what my LaLA babes will want to wear.
7 - Have you got any recommendations for reading/ watching / listening to?
I loved White Lotus, and I have been re watching Sex and the City wile I cut patterns and samples..
I love crappy tv, I’ve got a busy brain and I find my quiet time with trash tv is my favourite.
